Rita Tancredi is an experienced professional in human resources, currently working at Leonardo in the Human Resources, Organization and Company Services department since September 2021, and also holding a position at Ordine degli Psicologi del Lazio since November 2020. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at TEMPOR SPA from April to September 2021, where responsibilities encompassed job announcement creation, CV screening, recruitment interviews, training planning, and administrative management of both temporary and permanent workers. Prior to that, Rita held the role of Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aeronautica Militare between September 2018 and September 2019, focusing on personnel selection for military and civilian roles, administering psychometric tests, and preparing reports. Rita holds a II level Master degree in Human Resources Management from MeliusForm Business School and advanced and bachelor's degrees in Applied Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma.
