Daniele Andrian is a seasoned professional in career orientation and training, holding the position of Consulente di orientamento at Progetti di Politica Attiva Enti Accreditati Regione Lazio since May 2015. Daniele also serves as a Docente at Make It So, teaching in a master's program and courses focused on career orientation and skill assessment. As a consultant for Make4Work, Daniele provides job orientation services to beneficiaries of social services. With a background in conflict resolution, negotiation, and project management, Daniele contributes as a trainer for various organizations and is a member of the working group on Work Psychology at the Ordine degli Psicologi del Lazio, focusing on work orientation and career consulting. Daniele's prior roles include technical coordination for projects aimed at workforce reintegration for different demographics. Daniele holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova, obtained between 1997 and 2003.
