Christian Feuerbacher started their career in 2012 with job shadowing at können & handeln - gesellschaft für unternehmensentwicklung. In 2013, they worked as a research assistant at the Social Psychology Department of Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg. In 2015, they interned at Asklepios in the psychiatric department.

In 2016, Christian had multiple roles including being a venture developer at Polyteia, where they developed a product concept, conducted market and competitor analyses, and acquired a pilot partner city. Christian also worked as a trend researcher for the Innovation Accelerator at United Nations World Food Programme, where they identified trends and generated disruptive business models to alleviate world hunger.

During the same year, Christian worked as an external consultant at Allianz, Vodafone, and AUDI AG, and as a technology and innovation management employee at Siemens.

In 2018, Christian co-founded ORDA and held the role of co-founder and COO until December 2021.

Christian Feuerbacher has a diverse education history. In 2015, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from Heidelberg University, with a GPA of 1.1. Following this, in 2018, they attained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economic, Organisational and Social Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Christian'sGPA for the M.Sc. program was an impressive 1.0. Prior to their master's degree, Christian completed a Honours Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in 2017. This degree did not have a specified field of study. Christian also pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from 2014 to 2015.

Christian Feuerbacher has further enhanced their expertise by obtaining additional certifications. Christian became a Conscious Connected Breathing Breathwork Facilitator through the Spirit of Breath Collective (SOBC) in 2023. Additionally, they will complete a coaching certification (systemic and individual psychological) from Verbund freier Trainer und Coaches (VFTC) in 2023. It is worth noting that their previous certifications include Psychologischer und Systemischer Coach from VFTC in 2023, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) certification in Economic, Organisational and Social Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2018 (with a GPA of 1.0), and an Honors Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management in 2017 (with a GPA of 1.1).

Additionally, Christian Feuerbacher completed their Abitur (A-level equivalent) at Schiller Gymnasium Offenburg in 2010. Christian also pursued Europäische Medienwissenschaften B.A. at the University of Potsdam from 2011 to 2012, although no degree is specified for this program. In 2015, they achieved a high score on the TOEFL test, scoring 116 out of 120.
