Nikolas Voss, CPA, has a diverse work history in the insurance industry. Nikolas started as an Internal Auditor at Brown and Brown Insurance in 2012, then moved on to be an Internal Marketing Specialist at Brown & Brown Insurance of Santa Barbara and Agoura Hills in 2013. In 2014, they became a Director of Financial Projects at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency before becoming the Director of Finance and Operations at Brown & Brown Insurance in 2015. Most recently, Nikolas served as the Chief Financial Officer at Orchid Insurance starting in April 2023.

Nikolas Voss, CPA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance at Northern Arizona University from 2007 to 2011. Nikolas later obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Board of Accountancy in 2016 and became an Accredited Advisor in Insurance from The Institutes in 2012.
