Amy Frederick is a seasoned technology and information systems professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the insurance sector. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Solutions Business Partner at Orchid Insurance since April 2023, Amy is focused on transforming the IT organization to support business initiatives. Prior to this, during a tenure at Kemper from November 2019 to March 2023 as Vice President of Information System, Amy led teams in maintaining the preferred insurance system platform. As an Executive Consultant at Follenweider for a brief period in late 2019, Amy advised the CIO on IT strategies for mergers and acquisitions. From April 2014 to June 2019, Amy advanced from Director of IT to Chief Information Officer at The Main Street America Group, overseeing claims and corporate applications. Earlier experience includes serving as US CIO and SVP at Aspen Insurance from December 2011 to March 2014. Amy holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Vermont.
