Michelle Rydberg has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michelle began their career as a Rotation Program participant at Cigna Financial Services in 1999. Michelle then worked as a Systems Analyst at ESPN from 2000 to 2003 before transitioning to the role of Sr. Financial Analyst at Latham & Watkins from 2003 to 2006. Michelle then joined Bank of America as Vice President of Finance from 2006 to 2009. Michelle subsequently worked at OAKLEAF Waste Management as FP&A from 2009 to 2011. Michelle then joined ESPN again, this time as Manager of International Finance from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they co-founded and became the Chief Operating Officer of Orchid LLC, a holding company focused on technology, financial services, and professional services. From 2018 to 2020, Michelle served as the Chief Marketing Officer at AXIS Point of Sale (POS). Overall, Michelle has demonstrated a strong background in finance, technology, and leadership roles throughout their career.
Michelle Rydberg attended the University of Connecticut from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. Michelle furthered their education by attending the USC Marshall School of Business from 2003 to 2006, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Corporate Finance, Investments & Financial Markets.
