Katherine Miller is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Orchard View Schools since July 2021, Katherine previously held the position of Payroll Benefits Manager/Human Resource at Medilodge at the Shore from August 2018 to July 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at Arcadia Home Care & Staffing from 2015 to August 2018, as well as management positions at Aeropostale, Inc. and Victoria's Secret, where Katherine demonstrated expertise in staff training, sales performance, and operational excellence. Katherine commenced their career at Aeropostale as a Hiring Manager from September 2005 to May 2007, earning recognition for achieving sales goals and improving store performance. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Grand Valley State University.
