Gregory Payne is an experienced professional in both the legal and emergency medical fields. Currently serving as an Assistant Public Defender for Cattaraugus County since January 2024, Gregory also operates as a Paramedic for ORCHARD PARK FIRE DISTRICT EMS, INC. and a Health Technician Paramedic for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), with a focus on national disaster response. Previous roles include Paramedic for Seneca Nation EMS and Mercy Flight of Western NY, where Gregory held the position of Crew Chief-Base Supervisor. Additionally, experience encompasses ownership of Payne Emergency Medical Services, Inc. and operations management at Trans Am Ambulance Services.
