Matthew Earnest has a diverse work experience in the marketing and digital field. Matthew has worked as a Marketing Consultant for various companies such as Orchard Mile, adidas, Airbnb, and American Express, focusing on digital and brand strategy, as well as digital integration strategy. Additionally, Matthew has held leadership roles, including the position of Chief Marketing and Digital Officer (CMO) at Le Monde Beryl, where they oversaw marketing and digital teams, developed an integrated e-commerce site, and implemented tailored CRM programs. Prior to that, they served as the SVP, Brand Director at Moods of Norway, where they led brand refresh and innovation strategy, and as the Creative Director at Esprit, spearheading a brand revitalization strategy. Furthermore, Matthew worked as the Senior Brand Manager at CLOSED GmbH, driving brand strategy and marketing to global distribution channels. Matthew also co-founded SARTEL fashion brand & concept store, where they successfully scaled the brand into a profitable wholesale business.
Matthew Earnest attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1997 to 1999, where they studied Advertising. Matthew then went on to attend Parsons School of Design - The New School from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design.
