Dr Simon Leigh has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare and health economics. Dr Simon currently serves as the Director of Research & Insights at VISFO, a company specializing in advanced analytics, data science, and healthcare expertise. Prior to this, they were the Head of Value & Real World Evidence at the same company. Before joining VISFO, Dr Leigh worked as the Director of Research at ORCHA, an organization that reviews health and care-related apps. Dr Simon is also the Co-Founder of Prometheus Health, a company founded in 2021. Dr Leigh has held various positions at Nexus Clinical Analytics Ltd, including Managing Director. Dr. Simon Leigh has an extensive education history in the field of medicine and economics. Dr Simon obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medicine with a specialization in Infection and Global Health from the University of Liverpool, where they studied from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Health Economics at the University of York from 2011 to 2012. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics, which they earned from the University of Liverpool between 2007 and 2011.
In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Simon Leigh holds an Expert Certification from Brandwatch, which they obtained in January 2018.
