Stefanie Sells is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Orbital Engineering, Inc. since September 2022, Stefanie previously held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Baptist Senior Family from June 2008 to September 2022, overseeing HR activities for 300 staff members in a non-profit retirement community. Prior to that, Stefanie worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Abraxas Youth & Family Services, supporting multiple facilities, and gained foundational HR experience as a Senior Human Resources Assistant at UPMC and a Human Resources Assistant at Marriott Hotels. Stefanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
