Yu Liu is a Software Engineer Intern at Orbital Composites since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading OrbitalUI and developing OrbOS to enhance 6-Axis Robotic 3D Printing with Continuous Fiber and Automation of Advanced Composites. Additionally, Yu Liu serves as Software Engineer Lead at the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) at UC Merced, effectively spearheading initiatives to provide club members with industry-relevant skills and fostering an inclusive learning environment. Previous experience includes serving as a Software Engineer Shadow at ACM, where Yu Liu led workshops and coordinated student activities. Yu Liu is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of California, Merced, expected to graduate in May 2025.
