Danika Griggs is an experienced business development manager at Griggs Systems, Inc., effective July 2023. Prior roles include administrator of people at Novartis and Gyroscope Therapeutics in early 2023 and late 2021, respectively. Danika served as an assistant head coach at Palo Alto Rowing Club, overseeing both youth and competitive teams during mid-2021, and functioned as a recruiter and hiring manager at Griggs Systems in early 2021. Earlier professional experiences involve teaching assistance at Kindercourt Academy, coaching for Sephora University, and color artistry at Sephora. Danika holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from the College of San Mateo and is a Menlo College alumna.
