Marty Rielage is a seasoned professional in the wireless solutions industry, currently serving as a Fixed Wireless Division Partner at Orbis Solutions since July 2021, where responsibilities include consulting, design, deployment, maintenance, and repair of turnkey wireless solutions. Prior to this role, Marty held key positions at Windstream as a Senior Consultant and West Region Director for Fixed Wireless Operations, and at Convergence Technologies as the Director of Wireless Engineering. Additional experience includes positions as Director at Kruger Technical Services, Vice President of Operations at DSE, Inc, and Logistics roles at Don't Shoot the Messenger. Marty also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1986 to 1995 as a microwave radio operator, contributing to the establishment of the first digital wireless network for the Marine Corps. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's of Science in Telecommunications Management and Project Management from DeVry University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
