Ieva Poniškaitytė has work experience as an Email Deliverability Specialist at Orbio World since May 2023. Ieva also served as the Email Marketing Team Lead at the same company from August 2020 to May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Coffee Mate Group as a Marketing Project Manager from April 2020 to August 2020 and as an Email Marketing Manager from September 2018 to April 2020.

Ieva Poniškaitytė has a Bachelor's degree in Double degree in marketing and media linguistics from Kaunas University of Technology, which they obtained between 2015 and 2019. Ieva also participated in ERASMUS+ Studies at Universidad de Granada, specializing in Marketing. In addition, they obtained a certification as a DMARC Advisor Inbox Expo 2022 Delegate from emailexpert in September 2022.
