Met Altan has accumulated extensive experience in tax management, starting as a Tax Senior at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1999. Met then progressed to roles such as Tax Manager at Duke Energy Corporation, Tax Manager/Tax Senior at PwC, Tax Manager at HP, Tax Manager at Parker Drilling Company, and eventually Chief Tax Officer and Global Head of Tax at Bristow Group. Currently, Met Altan holds the position of Vice President and Chief Tax Officer at Orbia, showcasing their expertise and dedication in the field of tax management.

Met Altan has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from East Texas Baptist University. Met also holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration & MPA from Stephen F. Austin State University. Lastly, they obtained a Juris Master in Taxation from The University of Alabama School of Law. In addition, Met Altan is a CPA certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
