Matthew Fadule is an accomplished manufacturing and operations leader with extensive experience in managing production facilities and driving operational excellence. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Orbel Corporation since January 2020, Matthew oversees the manufacturing and production of custom-engineered solutions for military, aerospace, and other industries. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Thomas & Betts from 1985 to July 2018, including General Manager and Director of Operations, where significant revenue generation and operational transformations were achieved. Matthew also contributed to the startup of Bowery Farming as Head of Operations and has a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bethel University and an Associate's Degree in Machine Tool Technology from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.
