Victoria Smith is an experienced researcher currently employed at ORB International since May 2022. Prior to this role, Victoria taught at Beaufort Academy from August 2020 to May 2022 and served as a Graduate Assistant at The Citadel from March 2019 to May 2022, working in the Office of the Commandant. Victoria's research experience includes assisting with a project on the healthcare worker shortage in sub-Saharan Africa at Saint Michael's College and interning at various organizations, including the United States Africa Command and the U.S. Department of State, where analysis focused on international policy and social media related to radicalization issues. Victoria holds advanced degrees in International Relations and International Politics and Military Affairs from The Citadel, alongside an undergraduate education at Saint Michael's College and a study abroad program in East Asian Studies at Kansai Gaidai University.
