Joely Donovan is currently a Federal BTS Associate Consultant at IBM since July 2024 and a Research Assistant at ORB International since September 2022, focusing on quality control and country-specific timelines related to economic and political agreements. Additionally, Joely serves as a Competitive Research and Positioning Intern at iCIMS, utilizing tools like Tableau and Salesforce to provide insights on the cloud-based talent acquisition market. Joely's leadership is evident through roles as Green Chair and Philanthropy Chair at Delta Zeta Sorority, where efforts are concentrated on environmental sustainability and fundraising initiatives, respectively. As a member of the Echols Scholars Council, Joely engages faculty speakers for events and promotes mental health awareness as Publicity Chair for Active Minds UVA. Joely holds a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science and Anthropology from the University of Virginia.
