Maxime HUBERT is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing human resources projects across various industries. Currently serving as HR Projects Manager at Orano since January 2020, Maxime leads the HR component of organizational transformation initiatives while supporting change management. Previously, at Aptar from May 2016 to December 2019, Maxime oversaw HR development, training policies, and internal mobility processes for a workforce of 900, facilitating various HR agreements and managing compensation strategies. Early career experiences include roles as an HR Specialist and HR Assistant at CHEREAU, where recruitment and administrative tasks were key focuses, along with an education role in secondary schooling. Maxime holds multiple degrees in human resources and law, and is currently pursuing a certification in Change Maker from ESSEC Business School.
