Ludovic Debordeaux has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Production Line Manager at Delifrance UK Ltd. In 2000, they joined ArcelorMittal as a Process Engineer, later taking on roles as a Project Manager and eventually becoming a Production Manager. In 2010, Ludovic joined AREVA, initially as a Project Manager and then transitioning to Operations Manager until 2015. Ludovic then joined CB&I AREVA MOX Services, LLC as a Commissioning and Startup Director for two years. Currently, Ludovic is employed at AREVA as the Deputy Director of Operations, a position they have held since January 2017.

Ludovic Debordeaux obtained a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) between 1992 and 1997. In 2017, they also received a Certification in Change Master from ESSEC Executive Education. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Change Maker from ESSEC Executive Education in the same year.
