Emmanuel le Sueur has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Emmanuel started their career in 1989 as a Software Developer at Sogidec, where they worked until 1992. Emmanuel then joined GFI as a Software Developer and Network & System Engineer until 1993. In 1993, they also started working at Euriware, initially as a Project Director and later took on roles such as Project Technical Director, Technical & Security Director, and Program Director until 2007. Emmanuel joined AREVA in 2007 as the Corporate IT CTO and later took on positions such as Western Europe IT Operations Director and Group IT Standards Director.

Emmanuel le Sueur completed their education at the École Spéciale de Mécanique et d'Électricité (ESME Sudria) from 1986 to 1989, earning a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanics, Electronics, and Computer Science. In 2009, they also attended Harvard Business School for a short-term executive education program, specializing in Strategy, Leadership, Marketing, and Finance.
