Aray SELBAYEVA has extensive legal experience, primarily within the ORANO group since July 2012, where current responsibilities include serving as Senior Legal Counsel, providing legal support to ensure compliance with company policies and laws, drafting and reviewing various legal documents for trans-border transactions, and supporting projects related to battery recycling. Previous roles within ORANO include Senior Legal Advisor for international projects, Strategic Contracts Manager, Compliance Advisor, and Head of Legal Department, offering comprehensive legal support across subsurface use and mining activities. Prior to ORANO, Aray held legal leadership positions at SNR Denton, Golden Mines International LLP, Bank Renaissance Credit, AC&Partners Law Company, and Nurbank, gaining valuable expertise in areas such as corporate governance, contract law, and compliance. Aray holds an MBA in Finance and multiple law degrees, underscoring a strong academic background designed to support a broad range of legal functions.
