Shanda Ferris possesses extensive experience in the commercial real estate and property management sectors, with over a decade of progressively responsible roles. Currently serving as an Accounts Payable Associate at Oranje Commercial Cleaning since April 2019, Shanda has previously excelled as an Assistant Property Manager at CBRE from August 2015 to April 2019, and held Property Assistant positions at both Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, Shanda began a career at NorthMarq as an Administrative and Operations Assistant from October 2002 to July 2011, providing a strong foundation in administrative and operational support.
