Louise McGinnis-Barber has extensive experience in business development and strategic marketing across various sectors, currently serving as Commissioner for Economic Development with the City of Pacifica since December 2018. In addition, Louise holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Calichi Design Group and Vice President of Business Development/Strategic Marketing at ORANGEWALLstudios architecture + planning. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategic Development at Kennedy-Mann Architecture and Executive Director at RECON Nexus, Inc. Louise has also contributed significantly to organizations like the Oregon Bio Association as Co-Chairman for the Annual Conference. Educational credentials include two Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature from California State University-Sacramento, obtained between 1972 and 1976.
