Joshua Martinez possesses extensive experience in capital markets and institutional sales, currently serving as Managing Partner at ST Capital Consulting, LLC since January 2016 and as Head of Capital Markets at Clear Sky Capital since September 2020. Previously, Joshua held the position of Partner and Head of Capital Markets at Flat Rock Global, LLC, where the focus was on private credit management and direct lending. Joshua also served as Director of Institutional Sales at Balter Liquid Alternatives, LLC and as Sr. Vice President & National Sales Manager for Realty Capital Securities, overseeing RIA Market capital raising. Additional roles include Regional Sales Director at Bluerock Capital Markets, VP of Business Development at SHRC, and Sr. Associate at Cole Capital. Joshua earned a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Arizona.
