Sophie (Brigitte) Nachman is an experienced professional currently serving as a certified mediator at the Institut Français de la Médiation (IFM) since May 2024, specializing in amicable conflict resolution in the workplace. Since 2006, Sophie has held various roles at Orange, including Project Director for Standardization and Institutions, focusing on Big Data, data analytics, and institutional actions for developing countries. Sophie also contributes to CFE-CGC as a Conseiller du salarié and has represented employees as a delegate within Orange since 2009. Additionally, Sophie is actively involved with several organizations, including serving on the board of the Association des Centraliens de Lyon and as the President of the Social Life Council at EHPAD Arpavie Neuf Muses. With a strong educational background in engineering from Centrale Lyon and electronics from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne, Sophie combines technical expertise with a commitment to social advocacy and women's representation in engineering.
