Mark Covey has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Mark began their career as a Biomechanics Lab Technician at Creighton University, where they provided desktop support, planned Y2K compliance activities, made purchasing decisions, and developed software solutions. Mark then transitioned to the role of Network Administrator at the same institution, where they continued to provide desktop support while also serving as the department Webmaster and handling software development tasks.

After that, Mark joined Avaya as an SAP ABAP Developer, working on development projects for a brief period. Mark then moved to IBM Global Services, where they worked as a Business Applications Programmer. At IBM, they gained further experience in programming and development tasks.

Mark's next role was at CommScope, where they worked as an SAP ABAP Developer. Mark served as the lead developer in various functional areas and managed development work for multiple projects. Mark also reviewed designs of other developers, ensuring the delivery of quality solutions.

Following their tenure at CommScope, Mark became the Business Owner of Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills. Finally, they joined Kiewit as a Solution Architect and later took on the role of Sr. SAP Technical Lead. In these positions, they were responsible for creating architectural patterns, overseeing design reviews, and conducting proof-of-concept work. Additionally, they supervised a team of consultants and handled resource planning for support and new functionality rollouts.

Throughout their career, Mark has gained extensive experience in SAP development, including working on various versions and transformations of the system. Mark has been involved in numerous development projects and has a strong background in software development languages such as HTML, COBOL, JavaScript, and proprietary languages.

Mark Covey received their high school diploma from St. Pius X High School in the years 1988 to 1992. Following this, they attended Creighton University from 1992 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Mark further pursued education at Creighton University from 1997 to 1999, obtaining a Certificate in Applied Computer Science.
