Farah Al Badarin is a skilled professional with extensive experience in business processes and quality management. Currently serving as a Business Processes & Projects Expert at Orange Jordan since September 2021, Farah has successfully identified, designed, and enhanced quality management systems while implementing the EFQM Excellence Model to foster organizational excellence. Previously, as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Spartan Modern Industrial from December 2017 to September 2021, Farah focused on implementing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and developing standard quality procedures across various departments. Farah holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan, earned in 2017.
