Jose Luis Arroyaga is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in strategic purchasing and management. Currently serving as Procurement Manager for MASORANGE since December 2014, Jose Luis oversees strategic purchases, demand planning, and technical acquisitions while supervising a team. Previous roles include PMO Manager at NAE, Procurement Director for INGRAM MICRO MOBILITY, and various managerial positions at STANLEY SECURITY, YOIGO, NEO-SKY, and VODAFONE SPAIN, focusing on contract negotiation, logistics, and digital transformation of procurement processes.
