Tobias Stetter has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Managing Director at Orange Elephant, where they focus on creating an everyday training culture for young leaders. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Marketing at ROQ Technology, where they facilitated the building and scaling of innovative digital solutions. Tobias also served as the Project Lead Partnerships at xentral ERP Software, responsible for expanding the ecosystem of the ERP system. Earlier in their career, Tobias worked as the Head of Marketing and Customer Engagement Lead at everskill GmbH, where they built customer engagement processes and resolved user issues. Tobias also gained experience as a Management Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on organizational development and change projects. Additionally, they founded and ran Lead-Ahead!, a blog and consultancy focused on sustainable leadership. Tobias started their career with internships at Volkswagen Consulting, Bodensee Consulting e.V., Horváth & Partners Management Consultants, and KE Associates, where they gained experience in various areas such as process management, image analysis, marketing, and project management.

Tobias Stetter completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Administration at the University of Konstanz from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they participated in an exchange program at Universidad de Cantabria, studying International Business. Tobias also completed a one-semester exchange program at The University of Sheffield in 2010, focusing on International Relations and Affairs. In 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in Politics and Public Administration at the University of Konstanz, which they completed in 2015. During their Master's program, they also spent a year studying Public Policy, Administration, and Law at York University.
