Dr. Daniel Schmelzer has extensive experience in leadership training and change management. Dr. Daniel is currently the Managing Director at Orange Elephant, where they are responsible for creating an impactful monthly training program for leaders. Prior to that, they worked at TPC Leadership Germany as a Partner. Dr. Daniel served as the CEO of everskill GmbH from 2016 to 2022. Dr. Schmelzer began their career at The Boston Consulting Group, where they focused on training, change management, and e-learnings for core communication competencies in consulting.

Dr. Daniel Schmelzer has a degree in Psychology from the Technical University of Munich, where they pursued their Promotion. Dr. Daniel also holds a Diplom from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
