Scott B. Lindsey is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR compliance and labor relations. Currently serving as the Director of HR Compliance for Orange County Public Schools, Scott oversees FMLA, background checks, onboarding activities, and special HR projects. Previously, as the Human Resource Director and Chief of Staff for Maury County Public Schools, Scott conducted a comprehensive HR audit and revamped departmental policies. In addition to running an HR consulting firm, Scott has held significant roles in labor relations at Metro Nashville Public Schools and the State of Tennessee, managing employee relations and policy development. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Tennessee and a Labor Relations Certificate from Cornell University.
