Dean Trent is an experienced executive in the real estate and title insurance industries, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Orange Coast Lender Services since January 2023. Previously, Dean held various leadership positions, including President at Voxtur Settlement Services and Settlement Services, and Vice President roles at FIN Title, Flueid Software Corporation, and Title365 National Solutions. Dean’s municipal experience includes serving as an elected Councilman for Brentwood Borough Council, where responsibilities included chairing the Administration and Finance Committee. Dean’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Slippery Rock University, a Paralegal degree from Duquesne University, and ongoing studies in Leadership and Business Ethics at Duquesne University.
