Larry Wahl has a diverse work experience in various industries such as sports, marketing, and communications. Larry started their career as a student intern at the New York Jets in 1976 and later worked as the Director of Media Relations for the New York Yankees from 1977 to 1981. Larry then transitioned into the television industry, serving as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for SportsChannel Associates, a division of Cablevision's Rainbow Programming, from 1984 to 1987. Following this role, Larry joined the University of Miami Athletic Department as the Senior Associate Athletic Director, overseeing internal and external communications for the department, negotiating broadcast contracts, and managing football scheduling. In 1998, Larry joined SportsLine.com, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, responsible for all public and investor relations plans and executing the company's annual report. Larry also worked at the Glasure Group as the Senior Vice President and at Total Dock Care as the Owner/President. Most recently, Larry has worked at the Orange Bowl Committee in various roles, including Vice President of Communications and Vice President of Communications and Community Outreach. Larry Wahl obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a focus on Accounting from The Wharton School between 1971 and 1975. Larry later pursued a Master of Education degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University from 1975 to 1976.
