Luis Ermel, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital product development, IT consulting, and business management. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Digital Products Development at �Ѱ������� since September 2021, Luis previously co-founded and partnered at Sinergis Consulting, the largest Latin American partner of Monday.com, from January 2012 to September 2022. Prior to that, Luis co-founded and served as Executive Director at Investflex, focusing on capital market IT solutions. Additional consulting experience includes roles at Dataprev and BearingPoint, where strategic management and project oversight were key responsibilities. Luis started a career at KPMG and has held technical and leadership roles at PROCERGS, CNP Engenharia de Sistemas, and Complexo Educacional FMU. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business from COPPEAD UFRJ and specialization in Software Improvement Processes.
