Rosanne Park is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience at Oracle, serving as Sr. Vice President, Support and Cloud Services Operations since 1996. In this role, Rosanne leads the development and operations of Linux cloud services, overseeing global customer support for both cloud and on-premises solutions. Previous positions include Vice President roles focused on Engineering and Support for Linux and Virtualization, where Rosanne significantly improved customer retention and satisfaction rates. With a strong background in managing high-growth areas, product diagnostics, and support functions, Rosanne has contributed to various aspects of cloud infrastructure, including Oracle Linux, Kubernetes, and Virtualization technologies. Rosanne holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
