Rebecca Gaines is a seasoned user experience professional with extensive experience in leading design efforts across diverse industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of User Experience at Oracle since October 2014, Rebecca collaborates with various internal hospitality enterprise software product teams to design innovative features. Prior roles include User Experience Designer at FRY | Micros, where Rebecca led discovery sessions to align user requirements with business objectives, and an extensive tenure at The Field Museum, where responsibilities spanned from Web Content Strategist to developing and managing digital content and social media initiatives. Additionally, Rebecca served as a co-instructor at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, contributing to the Arts Administration and Cultural Policy program. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting/Sculpture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
