Radhika Shukla is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in enterprise cloud solutions and strategic accounts. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Cloud Solution Sales for Strategic Accounts at Oracle since May 2023, Radhika previously held the position of Managing Director for Enterprise Sales at Microsoft, where leadership involved overseeing a P&L business of $250M and delivering strong sales execution across 14 states. Radhika's career also includes roles such as Senior Sales Director at IBM, Vice President at HTC Global Services, and Director of Sales at Addon Technologies Inc. Radhika holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Michigan, completed a Senior Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Entrepreneurial Studies from Delhi University.
