Paramaguru Gnanaguru is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership and software development. Currently serving as Principal Lead Engineer at Oracle since October 2019, Paramaguru leads a team of over 25 members within the LoadBalancer Control Plane Team, ensuring robust architecture and operations for LB services. Notably, Paramaguru successfully delivered the major LSE Availability project, enhancing the resiliency of load balancers during large-scale events. Prior to Oracle, Paramaguru held various roles at Microsoft from June 2008 to October 2019, contributing to ERP Retail and Bing Rewards projects, and managing teams responsible for critical software features and services. Earlier career experiences include roles at Infosys and Satyam Computer Services, demonstrating a strong foundation in various Microsoft technologies. Paramaguru holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sathyabama University.
