Kate Waggoner has extensive experience in compensation management, having held various positions at Oracle since July 2001, including Vice President of Global Compensation, Sr. Director of Global Compensation, Director of Compensation, Sr. Manager of Compensation, and Compensation Analyst. Prior to Oracle, Kate Waggoner served as a Compensation Analyst at JD Edwards from 2001 to 2003 and at Time Warner Telecom from 2000 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Statistics from the University of Northern Colorado.
