Gilson Melo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technology leadership. Currently serving as Director of Product Management for Multicloud at Oracle, Gilson leads the product vision and strategy for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, focusing on multicloud solutions. Prior to this, Gilson held a product management role at Apple, where responsibilities included developing product roadmaps and conducting cost analyses. Previously, at Oracle, Gilson directed product management for alliances and open source, promoting developer adoption of OCI. Gilson's career began at AT&T as a Systems Analyst and Help Desk Supervisor, followed by a position at SUSE as Technical Manager. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA from Utah Valley University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Alfenas.
