Kimberly Hernandez has been employed in various roles since 2001. Kimberly began their career as a Service Representative/Manager at Poche's Market, Smoke House, Country Club in 2001. In 2005, they were hired as a Safety Co-Coordinator at Operator Qualification Solutions Group (OQSG). From 2006 to 2017, they worked at Halliburton in various roles, including Sr. Administrative Specialist Global Completions, Administrative Specialist Completions Global, Administrative Specialist-Clean Well Technology GOM, and Svc Planner I-Sperry Drilling Services. In 2017, they were hired by Icon Consultants Ltd/Halliburton as a Senior Administrative Specialist-Payables Lead. That same year, they also began working at OQSG powered by Pinion as a Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist, Quality Assurance and Support Specialist, and Sales and Support Specialist. In 2016, they were hired as a Marketing Clerk II at LUS Fiber.

Kimberly Hernandez obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette between 2002 and 2006.
