Jenny Critchfield possesses extensive experience in bid management, with a career spanning over four decades in the telecommunications and IT sectors. Currently serving as Bid Director at Opus Telecoms since May 2019, Jenny leads efforts in delivering customer-focused communication solutions across the UK. Previous roles include Bid Manager at Maintel and Bid & Proposal Manager at Solar Communications, as well as significant positions at Circle IT and Alternative Networks plc, where Jenny contributed to high-quality IT services and solutions. Notably, during a lengthy tenure at BT Wholesale, Jenny excelled as Senior Bid Manager, achieving substantial sales contract values.
