Cindy Kujawa has significant experience in human resources, starting in 1992 as the Director of HR for Healthstar, a nationwide Preferred Provider Organization. Cindy provided guidance to management, recruited for positions, counseled employees, and advised on employee issues. From 1998 to 2004, they served as the VP of Human Resources at Focal Communications, where they directed all aspects of HR and managed a budget and staff. From 2004 to 2007, they held the same role at Solucient, LLC, where they planned and directed all HR functions and actively partnered with management in strategic planning. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as the VP of HR at Globalcom, administering employee relations activities and implementing HR policies. From 2009 to 2014, they were a member of the executive team at Access One, responsible for HR strategic plans and programs. Since 2014, they have been the Director of Human Resources at Applus Technologies, overseeing HR operations for the rapidly growing technology company.

Cindy Kujawa holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Cindy also obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois, Champaign Urbana. In addition to their formal education, Cindy has received certifications in The Cultural Transition Process and Culture Track Facilitation from Partners In Leadership, Inc. Cindy obtained these certifications in November 2013 and September 2013, respectively.
