Sanjay Kaledhonkar started their work experience in 2005 as a Senior Software Engineer at Fortune Infocomm Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai. Sanjay then transitioned to become a Team Leader at Fortune Infocomm Pvt Ltd in 2005, where they served until 2008. Sanjay then joined SafeNet Infotech Pvt Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer from 2008 to 2011. Currently, they are working as a Development Lead at Opus Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd since 2011.

Sanjay Kaledhonkar completed their education in the field of Computer Science. Sanjay began their academic journey at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Palus from 1992 to 1999, where they received a Master of Science degree. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Bharati Vidyapeeth, studying from 1999 to 2002. Lastly, they attended Symbiosis International University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science.
