Chaitri Sharma has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Chaitri started their career at Deutsche Bank in 2010 as a Process Specialist. Chaitri then moved to Sakon in 2012, where they worked as an HR Executive, managing employee grievances and serving as a link between management and employees. In 2013, they joined Cyret Technologies as a Senior HR Executive, responsible for a wide range of HR duties, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. Chaitri continued in this role until 2018. Chaitri's most recent position was at Opus Consulting Solutions, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2019 onwards.

Chaitri Sharma holds a Masters in Personnel Management degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce at Sophia Girls College, from 2005 to 2007. Chaitri also attended Sophia Senior Sec. School from 2003 to 2004, where they obtained their High School Certificate (HSC). Chaitri'ssecondary education was completed at St. Stephen's Senior Sec. School, where they obtained their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 2002. Chaitri has also obtained various certifications in Human Resources, such as "Communicating Employee Rewards," "HR as a Business Partner," "Rewarding Employee Performance," and "The Human Resources Hero," from LinkedIn in March 2021.
