Uma Ratnam Krishnan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Managing Director for Optum in India, Uma previously held multiple significant positions at Barclays, including Managing Director and co-CEO, Managing Director and CEO, and Managing Director - Head of Finance India. In addition, Uma has contributed to organizations including Take Solutions Ltd and Chennai Metro Rail Limited as an Independent Director on their Boards. Uma’s past roles also encompass Head of Multichannel Performance and Development at NatWest Group, along with serving as COO of Business Services HR. Uma holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and is currently advancing education through Harvard Business School Executive Education since June 2017.
