Ryan Perkins is an experienced leader in operations and digital transformation with a strong background in workflow management and analytics. Currently serving as the VP of Enterprise Workflow, Quality, & Issue Management at Optum since March 2018, Ryan oversees a team focused on optimizing processes for the OptumRx business. Previous roles at Optum included Senior Director of Digital Analytics & Transformation, where Ryan developed strategies to enhance healthcare outcomes, and Digital Process Leader, concentrating on efficiency improvements in digital channels. Prior to Optum, Ryan held management positions at Synchrony Financial, Fidelity Investments, and GE, with a focus on operations, data management, and continuous improvement. Ryan holds an MBA from Rockhurst University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
