Michael Billups possesses extensive experience in business risk management and fraud analysis within the banking and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Risk Management Analyst at Optum Bank since February 2022, Michael previously held roles such as Business Risk Management Analyst and Business Systems Analyst at Hancock Whitney from December 2015 to February 2022. In these positions, responsibilities included providing support for online and mobile banking platforms, developing content for digital teams, and assisting with testing and validation. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Card Fraud Analyst II, where monitoring transactions and minimizing fraud losses were key tasks. Earlier career experience includes roles at The Home Depot, including Card Fraud Analyst I, Front End Supervisor, and Merchandising Execution Associate.
